We do not disclose any member or former member non-public personal information unless mandated by law. We may disclose information we collect, such as name, telephone number, and address, to your FLP attorney or other FLP business partners but only in order to assist us in the administration of your membership. If information needs to be shared with a business partner, FLP protects against subsequent disclosure of that information by entering into a confidentiality agreement with the related party and/or other protective measures.
In no event do we disclose your personal information to companies that will use your information to contact you about their own products or services.
Our Security Procedures
We maintain strict physical, electronic, and administrative security measures that comply with federal regulations to guard your privacy and personal information, including storing information in a secured database and encrypting any transmission of personal information. We retain the information only as long as necessary for business purposes and then destroy the information as required by law and our company practices.
FLP members may occasionally receive correspondence or email communications from us. Those communications will provide the option to “opt-out” from receiving any further communications from FLP. Members may also “opt-out” from receiving further FLP communications by emailing us at email@example.com.
